We met Tere and her sales assistant Nicole in 2004 when we were toying with the idea of purchasing a home in Hawaii or Mexico. After numerous visits to Vallarta scouting every inch of the bay and all the marvelous houses that they showed us, we finally came across a property that suited us to a T! Nicole helped us eliminate our desire to purchase in Hawaii with her talent of showing us all that the town of Puerto Vallarta had to offer. She helped us with hospital and insurance information, crime reports and a lot of local info on how to handle many aspects of living in Mexico as a foreigner. The house we chose was under construction and was completed over the next 12 months. During those months Tere´s expertise helped us to make careful legal decisions before the closing. They tended to our every need and a new friendship was formed.
We now have our 2nd home, it is beautiful and we thank you gals very much.

We rented a home in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle in March of 2005, and met our neighbors who had just purchased a home next door. They spoke very highly of their realtor who handled their purchase and we decided that we wanted to explore what was available on the market. The thought of having a beachfront home that we could eventually use for retirement, sounded like too much of a dream.
We made a call to the realtor they recommended (Tere Kimball) and after a pleasant phone call, the next morning, what would you know! Nicole (Tere´s assistant) arrived and by the end of an exciting day of looking at perfectly screened options they had chosen for us, we made an offer on the hood of her car! We closed just 45 days after and now we have a home. We are having fun doing some remodeling. We are so thrilled.... our dream came true. Very quickly!
