We are residents of British Columbia, Canada and for several years have been searching for the right location that would allow us to escape the long cold Canadian winters. We have looked at various locations in the Caribbean, Florida, Hawaii and western USA, but could never find the right location. During a vacation to Puerto Vallarta we decided to make a quick visit to Paradise Village and were immediately impressed with what it had to offer. It had the WOW factor and we knew we had finally found the right place for us. It was during this visit that we met Prudential real estate agent Veronica Flores. Shortly after returning to Canada she sent an email saying she had found the right place for us, we were not totally convinced so returned to look at more properties. After a few days of viewing various condos we ended up making an offer on the condo she had originally said was right for us. We felt very comfortable with Veronica and put all of our trust in her and the Prudential Vallarta team which through their closing coordinator helped us finalize the purchase without having to return to Puerto Vallarta. To Whom It May Concern: Grace Ramirez was a true asset in the sale of my condo and during the weeks following till I was completely out and gone. The buyer caused a few turmoil?s in the transaction that were not to my liking, but Grace was there to keep the peace and calm the storm for both sides. She is upfront with her thinking, honest, responsible, considerate, on time, and a pleasure to be around. I was at a loss as to what to do with my blind, 17 year old cat.
