I know that in a normal market, you would have had no trouble finding a good buyer. Of course in a normal market, we would not have been in such a pickle. When it turned out that the bottom had fallen out of the market and that the developer was not in any way going to let us out of our pre-construction purchase at Marival, you quickly switched from being a broker who would earn a fee on the sale of our unit, to being an advisor helping us negotiate with the developer, with no broker fee in sight. I know you could not normally work on that basis, but what you did for us has made us loyal fans. We have given your name and number to numerous people who showed any interest in Puerto Vallarta real estate. In fact, since we got to know you, we have not referred people to anyone else. I hope some of them have made their way to your office. We appreciate your competence in the business and your knowledge of properties and resources that are available in the PV area. We also have greatly benefited by the relationships you have with people who work in the real estate business in the PV area and the way you have used those relationships to help us problem-solve our difficult situation. We're not out of the woods on our deal yet, but we are hoping we will soon be able to close on the loan and purchase. We hope you continue to work in Puerto Vallarta.
