The Condo-Hotel and Residential 2 and 4-bedroom units (lock-offs) are specifically designed as extra-large luxury suites for four or more guests, a vacation home resort experience. Ground-floor vacation homes have their own infinity pool, covered terrace and garden, for a total area of 205 to 211 m² (2,200 to 2,270 Sq. Ft.). Second-floor units have their own covered terrace, for a total area of 149 to 174 m² (1,600 to 1,870 Sq. Ft.)

Two-Story penthouses have their own covered terrace and garden roof-top terrace with Jacuzzi, overlooking the Sierra Madre Mountains, Golf Course or lagunas, pools and tropical oasis, for a total area of 244 to 260 m² (2,625 to 2,800 Sq. Ft.) All vacation homes are equipped with a complete kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 10-foot ceilings, porcelain-finished floors, individual air-conditioning units, water filters, and marble-finished bathrooms.

The purchase of two lock-off units side by side allows numerous combinations for the owner and hotel guest.
